Installation and configuration of Cisco network equipment! Total failure!
NOVA Business Technologies, Inc. www.nbti.net is claiming to employ certified Cisco engineers, which turns out to be untrue which was confirmed by Mr. AJ Grace admitting that they use outside contractor for the job. If that contractor was at least good, then probably I wouldn't be complaining here, but that was not the case.
Total lack of understanding networking and properly configuring the equipment. NOVA Business Technologies, Inc. www.nbti.net wasted my time by sending me unqualified person to do things he has never done in his life and only relying on Cisco support to do the job that I paid NOVA Business Technologies, Inc. www.nbti.net to do!
That's just total scam!
I paid NOVA Business Technologies, Inc. www.nbti.net thousands of dollars for the equipment and configuration and at the end I ended up hiring another company to get things under control.
It was a nightmare to deal with NOVA Business Technologies, Inc. www.nbti.net from Naperville, IL and there were too many things to start mentioning each one separately!
I don't even know this company is in business...
