General Remodeling
THE OWNER WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL DURING OUR INITIAL VISIT. WE AGREED UPON THE WINDOWS, SOFFIT, FACIA, GUTTER, STORM DOOR, AND SHUTTER PROJECT. WHILE AWAITING DELIVERY OF THE WINDOWS, HE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH US TO KEEP US APPRISED OF THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE. INSTALLATION BEGAN QUICKLY THEREAFTER. HE AND HIS HELPER WERE ON TIME (OR EARLY) EACH DAY WORK WAS TO BE DONE, LEFT MY PROPERTY IN SPOTLESS CONDITION EACH DAY AND WERE VERY CONSIDERATE DURING THEIR TIME AT MY HOME. THE REPAIRMAN IS EXTREMELY DETAIL-MINDED. HE HAD CONSTRUCTIVE ADVICE TO OFFER DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. WE ADDED ON A DECORATIVE TRIM PACKAGE TO THE EXTERIOR ENTRY AND IT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. IT WAS REASONABLY PRICED. I WOULD REHIRE AND RECOMMEND THE EMPLOYEE WITHOUT RESERVATION. A CRAFTSMAN WITH HIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AS WELL AS GREAT WORK ETHIC ARE HARD TO FIND.
