The owner came in person before our first cleaning to do an estimate for the house.

We wouldn't always get the same crew (perhaps because of 3-week scheduling) so some were less throrough than others.
I felt like I paid a high price for the cleaning.
I did object when they left evangelical literature at the house (I'm Jewish) and when I told the office what I thought about that, they said they wouldn't leave those for us anymore. Fair enough, but a little off-putting all the same.
I had no problem with the cleaning crew. They did a good job. There was always one lady on the crew who spoke English so we could communicate with her. We had them for almost 7 years. Then I got a call saying they were going to raise my cleaning from $83 to $99 which is almost a 20% increase. I tried to explain how outrageous that was, but they wouldn't budge. Their comment was that they were originally going to raise it to $115 so they were giving us a price break! At first I thought they were kidding!
The managers in that company are so rude and arrogant. They don't know anything about keeping customers happy, and don't seem particularly interested in keeping their long-term customers. That conversation seemed like they were doing me a favor continuing to clean my house. With that attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if they were out of business soon, because I don't think they know how to manage a business.
The cleaning wasn't so impressive that I'm willing to continue with them and put up with the management.

Recently (the last 6 months), they rushed through the house and do not pay attention to the quality of their work. My last date of service was 12/21. There were 3 people who cleaned my 1600 sq foot main level and the lower level (about 600 square
feet) in an hour. This includes 3 bathrooms! Now, I do not have alot of wear and tear between cleaning & I barely use 2 of the
bathrooms. But really...that is $40 hour per person! I had complained afew times. While they were polite, it never improved. I am done with them!!!
When I went home, I found a jewelry box missing. I called the police and made a report. I called JL and faxed her the list of missing items. From then on, Jl refused to take my calls or speak with me.
Needless to say, DO NOT use this company. The owner is totally unethical and untrustworthy. STAY AWAY!
