Larry, his crew and respective subcontractors arrived before the scheduled time daily, patiently waiting until I gave the go-ahead to start for the day. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner with consideration always given to my preferences before a phase was begun. He frequently took care of small items such as replacing handrail hardware that I didn't like and at no extra expense.
