I think their design work was really good and the job was done on time. Some of the contractors that they employed were a little loose. I think they could have done a better quality but if there was a problem, they came back and fixed it. I think a little more sensitivity from their subcontractors. They were very quick but sometimes some of the guys come in and just do whatever. The kitchen probably took a month or 5 weeks and then the 2 bathrooms were like done in 3. In that respect, that’s why I like them, is that they got everything done on time and they were really on their guys.

Dick and Karen were always responsive to my inquiries.  Both were great to work with both through the design phase and finally construction.  The Designers Point team communicated very well throughout the project.  They identified potential change orders before they were performed so there were no surprises and helped resolve problems as they arose with little or no stress.  They were clearly in control of their subcontractors who were all pleasant to work with.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Designers Point gave us a schedule of 7 weeks and it was done in that time period!  A year later we still love our kitchen.  We did have a problem with our dishwasher ....When I mentioned it to Dick we had a new dishwasher within a matter of weeks. We would completely recommend Designers Point.  Extremely professional and customer service oriented.

Oh, we LOVE the staff at DP!  We'd already had our kitchen completely remodeled by Dick a few years ago when he worked with the Great Indoors.... so we knew when it came time to update our master bath, we'd be calling him again.  Since Great Indoors had closed, Dick and some colleagues had started over with this new company, and we were just as impressed as before. Dick and Kara both helped us design and decide on details for the bath.  We were fortunate too to have the same lead contractor, Mariola, handling the crew for all the work - just as she did for our fabulous kitchen.  The bathroom went from a old, impractical and outdated space to a super sexy spa retreat.  We had the whole thing ripped down to the studs. All new electrical, plumbing, tiling, cabinets, glass door shower stall with bench and niches, quartz countertop with undermount sink etc.  I am so glad they convinced me to go with a heated floor (it's the best!). 
All the work was really well done. The crew worked so hard, and did such a nice job.  The tile guy is amazing!  We had a minor glitch in that the cabinets originally sent were the wrong color, but we got them replaced for the right color, and the delay was made up for by having free cleaning service and free painting, which was an awesome help and a really nice touch.  While that made it take a bit longer than anticipated to finish, it was well worth the wait!  It is now just a very stunning and functional space.  Everyone who worked on it was so nice, professional, polite, prompt and trustworthy.  They really did their best to keep the dust and mess to a minimum (not easy, working in a small space with the door closed on a hot summer day!). 
Everyone on staff is very friendly, communicative, collaborative and knows their stuff. They were quick to answer questions and help us through the process. They made what is a stressful process much easier, and even fun.  Both Dick and Kara have a great eye/mind for design, and great taste too.
We don't hesitate at all to recommend their services, and we will certainly call on them again for future renovations.

The ending product was outstanding. They were extremely professional. They provided great service and great design work. Overall they were just wonderful to work with and they had good pricing. I wouldn't mind recommending them to the others.

We were referred to Karen and Dick by an architect who had
worked on a prior project with us. From the start, they were attentive to our
goals and made suggestions that not only solved some of the problems in our old
kitchen, but also fit our budget. Their installers completed the project on
schedule and addressed all of our concerns promptly. The result is a beautiful,
functional, modern kitchen that blends well with the rest of our home and
allows us to enjoy cooking again! We originally did not plan to hire a
designer, but are very glad we did!
