TV Service - Cable
The quality of their product is good. We just got an across the board 15% increase. Twice a year, they whack the prices up a bit. This time it was ridiculous. For what they do, that's ridiculous. They should obviously reduce their fees and secondly, knock off the twice-a-year fee increases. The other thing that they could do is allow us the option of buying the boxes, instead of renting them.
