Professional, courteous, took time to explain the options. I called them because I had called them before and they did an inspection and said I did not need treatment and didn't charge me for the visit. That stuck with me.

We called Chem-Wise for a termite inspection. Scheduling was fast and easy, and their representative JD was prompt, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we expected from a free inspection, which included climbing behind some tough bushes. We were very happy with the service we received, and we will be contacting them again if we have any future need.

They are always there at the scheduled time, professional, thorough and friendly; the office is also very pleasant to work with. They have no issue coming back for follow-up service at no charge if you have any issues during the normally scheduled time. Highly recommended.

Ants are gone! We had a small scheduling snafu, but it was cleared up quickly.

When it started getting cooler outside hornets started showing up inside out home only around one window. They were able to find the nest inside the wall and treat quickly.

This is the third year I've used them. If I need them next year I will hire them again, but I think the ants are under control.

I've purchased the Chem-Wise Angie's List deal for bee/wasp treatment for a number of years and they have always done a fabulous job. On the very rare occasion I've had a wasp problem after Chem-Wise has already sprayed, they've been very responsive to my request to come back and re-treat. I have problems with wasps building nests on and around my wood deck and certain parts of the house, as well as carpenter bees chewing into the support beams for the deck and making nests inside. There are some edible plants around my house (gooseberries, raspberries, mint) and Chem-Wise is good about scheduling a time that's convenient for me so I can walk around the house with the tech and show him where not to treat, and also point out any special problem areas that the wasps tend to like hanging around. The Angie's List pricing for this service has been higher the past 2 years, and payment is no longer made through Angie's List (that is, by buying a voucher) but instead made directly to Chem-Wise at the time of service. The original Angie's list price for this service was $99 which was a truly great deal, but it increased to $175 last year and is $170 this year. Chem-Wise is now pricing at the upper end of what I'm willing to pay for the service. You get a $25 (13%) discount for going through Angie's List.

Very well. Application was able to be done while I was not at home. No Bee or Wasp problems since. This is the third year I have had this done.

Timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Had average colonies that needed to be treated and most were woman's after first treatment. Needed one callback to treat for the last colony. Reschedule was timely and worked with our schedule. Overall the process was a positive experience.
