3 K HOME IMPROVEMENT INC

I signed a contract with them on April 26, 2016. They cashed the check on May 11, 2016, but they have yet to install the roof. They haven't even started and just continue to delay and cancel many times, so far they have been a complete no show. In our most recent reschedule, they were supposed to deliver the materials and they were going to complete the roof shortly after that on Friday, June 24, 2016. They haven't even delivered the materials that I have paid for yet, and it seems like they have yet again broken another deadline. If they install the roof to my satisfaction, I'll reconsider this review on the install. UPDATE**** I filed several complaints and finally with the assistance of the Attorney General office my money was finally refunded on August 26, 2016. Unfortunately, the BBB closed the file and then put up on their website( Blatantly lying that this complaint was resolved to my satisfaction which it was not!) and then removed my review in its entirety so the public will be unaware of how this business operates. Very scary on how the BBB can hide the truth!!!! Angie's List is way better at disclosing reviews!

Fantastic. Everyone in the company that we spoke to was friendly, respectful, and knowledgable. The roof and siding were completed on schedule. The people from the company were on site throughout the completion of the jobs to make sure the work was being done correctly and that our house was cleaned up properly. They made this job so easy for us. I would reccommend them to anyone and if I needed any other work done, they would be my first choice!
