 + -1 moreThey do great work, are personable, knowledgeable, and explain the needs of the instruments. I find the pricing very affordable and appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend The Piano Works. Linda and her son Ken are a delight to know, and for me, a reliable service for my pianos!
Description of Work: I have a console and a Baby Grand in my home that I regularly have tuned. In addition I have had my grand harp cleaned, keys on both instruments repaired, and most recently a string restrung on the grand.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job and I am very happy with the end result. They were on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time for the job. They cleaned up before leaving and left the piano cleaner than when they arrived! Would definitely recommend
Description of Work: Ken and Linda came to my home to tune and repair my upright piano. There was one dead key and it really needed a tune up
