The owner responded to all of the needs. The person that they sent us was never on time. We still have problems with the toilet that they put in because the floor and the seal around it wasn't done correctly. If anybody sits on that toilet, it shakes. That would be my big negative about Proline. I don't think that I would use them again.

Jeff was very courteous, prompt and professional. He handled extra requests that weren't quoted easily and fairly priced. Jeff's price was competitive and he is very knowledgable. I would use him again.
