PREMIER PLUMBING

I contacted Premier Plumbing as instructed by my home warranty insurance company. The first day they were to show up, they no-showed. I called back and they claimed they had scheduled it wrong and were apologetic. The came a few days later and fixed a leaking water valve in the basement. They were professional and courteous during the repair. I contacted them again to have my water heater fixed through the home warranty. They said they would show up the next morning, but called to say that due to a snow storm they could not make it, which is understandable. They came a few days later and repaired a few possible causes of my water heater problem. When that did not fix the problem, I contacted them again. They were to show up on a Friday, no morning or afternoon, just any time that day. They no-showed again and did not call. I called the following Tuesday to find out what had happened and they claimed they were still waiting on a part and attempted to call. There was no voicemail left nor did the caller ID show any missed calls from them. They came on Wednesday, attempted to repair the water heater, could not, and claimed they needed to contact my home warranty provider. I hope in the future I do not have to deal with them again.
