I called for an appointment on Monday 6/13, and because we were having some plumbing work done that was urgent that required the septic tank to be empty, I was given an appointment for the next day, today. I was given an 11:00 appointment, and they were here right at 11.  The job was completed promptly and no problems.  I was very satisfied with their responsiveness, promptness, and professionalism.  Very friendly people!  I would use their services again.

  Overall I would rate the workmanship, promptness, price as excellent.  I feel like there is hope after all nothing worse than having a plumbing problem.  I was not afraid to tip him because I was amazed at the price and so thankful he came out on Saturday. We had never had any septic work done for the 23 years we have lived here. He said it was in great shape for something that had never been pumped out. The price was great. The septic is 1000 feet from the house. I took out a lot of trees for them to get to it. Most of the feel lines are in an open field.
