I am very pleased with them. My dog had a sore in his ear and she made sure I was aware of that so I could take him to the vet and get him checked out. He is 17 years old and he doesn't like going to new places. He took right to her and doesn't mind going in there. She moved to a new building and he went right in. He is very comfortable there and I like that.

Toby can't wait to get out of the car and enter the building which is a testament in itself because he's one fussy shipoo.
