When I entered Zavius Jewelers, I was greeted by Mr. Jaime Garcia, one of their sales consultants. He was extremely patient with me while I related the history of the ring and described, with drawing and directions, how I wanted it to look. (In other words, I talked his ears off!.) Of course, Mr. Pavez was called over. He was very professional and explained to me that a couple things would have to be done a little differently, but that otherwise he could do it - and within the time constraint. He also promised me that if I was not satisfied when the ring was done, he would do whatever it took so I would be happy I was called a couple days later to approve the casted rings, and again a few days later to pick up the ring. A slight adjustment still needed to be made, so I was able to pick up the ring a couple days after that. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely gorgeous my wedding ring is now! I loved this ring when my husband first gave it to me, and frankly was doubtful that anyone could improve upon the design. I fell in love with the channel-set diamond anniversary rings, but wanted an anniversary ring that would be incorporated into my original ring's design. Not only did Mr. Pavez create the perfect blend of those two styles, he was able to give the ring an elegance it never had. Also, I was told that he felt the six small diamonds didn't give the ring a balanced look - so he added eight more at no additional cost. (I will now pause for you to pick yourself up off the floor.) Mr. Luis Pavez is a master artist and a master craftsman, and he has created a new ring for me to fall in love with all over again. If you have a piece of jewelry that needs work of any nature, I strongly recommend that you bring it to Mr. Pavez. You will not be sorry. As for the rest of the employees, everyone that I dealt with was professional. friendly, knowledgeable, and very "down-to-earth". I always felt very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I had with Zavius Jewelers.
