I called Wes when another company incorrectly installed a new boiler system and he returned my call and came out that same day.  He was very professional, showed me exactly what the other installer had done incorrectly and reassured me that he would make it right and get my heat working, he also contacted the city and told me my rights to try to get my money back from the first installer.  Wes showed up on a Saturday morning and worked from 11 am to 10:30 pm to give me heat during the coldest time of the year.  He explained and showed me everything and how it worked.  He called the next day to make sure that everything was still working, on a Sunday!!  I can't sing his praises enough, Wes is like a guardian angel!!  He saved us and we are so grateful, I only wish I had called him first, it would have saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration.  Call Wes, he is honest, professional and much more reasonable that the big box guys. I have his name on my fridge and have referred him to all my friends, Wes should be your first call.

He is really good. He is not very responsive and doesn’t come out quickly. He will handle emergencies of people first. His price is good. He calls back right away.
