The wi does have a horrible draft and the owner if the company refuses to come and fix situation. He does not return phone calls. Exceedingly poor quality and service

They installed during the summer and the install went fairly well although I didn't micromanage the install. When winter came the cold air and wind blew in from the newly installed windows. I never had that problem prior. When I called to tell Sam, the owner he ignored my calls but one. I called his personal cell and the business number more than enough times leaving messages each time. Only one time was I actually able to speak to Sam who said he would come over but that never happened either. With another winter only a few months away I would like to get this resolved. This week they have an add in the local paper "Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed". I left another message and no response. Horrible service!! And bad windows!

Sam was supposed to give me an estimate for window replacement on July 19. He never showed up or called.
I called again on July 22 to ask for another salesman and left the message on their voice mail.
I still have not received a response (as of July 24).
