UNITED VAN LINES

Never use UNITED VAN LINES for your moves.  First off we didn't find out that our furniture and items would not ship right away until the packers arrived.  The packers informed us that our items would be in a warehouse until there was another family moving out the direction we were moving.  We moved and had to wait 16 days for our furniture and items to arrive.  My husband called and the receptionist said meekly that for every day they are late we would get a 125 dollar refund.  We were quoted by UNITED VAN LINES that our items would arrive by the the 8th of June.  It took eight more days for our items to arrive.

When they were unpacking a couple of our tables were broken and the movers said it was because they were cheap.  That really made me angry.  In addition to that 2 of our bicycles were messed up in the move.  Before we moved I specifically went out and got our bikes tuned up because I didn't know where to find such a place where we are living now.  My daughter's bike had 2 flat tires and the chain was off,  My bike had a flat tire and the chain was off it as well.  Needless to say all three bikes are not rideable at this time.

When we finally got the so-called rebate check it was only for 102.00.  Where is the rest of it.  Come on it was eight days later than promised and it should have been for another 900.00,
