Mounted the new address plaque on outside of house, at night, using the light from the streetlight and a flashlight.  Placed new linoleum tile in front foyer, 23 square feet,  though tile was self-stick he also used mastic, cut  and placed tile very neatly around the hot water radiator. Replaced 1/2 round in the foyer.  Because I was anxious to replace the existing surface and could not get another contractor to install a small job, others wanted at least 40 sq. feet, Vince made the appointment for 6:30 pm the day after he came to examine the area to be re-tiled.  He came early at just after 6pm, worked diligently and professionally for almost three hours.  Professionally friendly, did a very thorough job and cleaned up afterward.
