I am the Owner and Managing Broker of Stateline Realty and Owner of Stateline Rental Properties. With these two businesses, we can take care of doing leases, purchases, selling, property preservation, landscaping, maintenance, and trash-outs, among other things, all with our in-house staff of Brokers, Leasing Agents, Administration and Maintenance.

Poorly.  Stateline recently purchased property management accounts from 5 Points Property Management (Which is terrible).  They have informed me that they purchased the accounts, but not the liabilities associated with them.  For example, If 5 Points owes your account $, that is your problem, not theirs.  They have made promises to recoup funds, but haven't came through.  They frequently don't return calls for days...or until you call them again a week or so later.
