The driveway is fine, however, the stamped sidewalk up to the front stoop began cracking and 5 months after the installation had significant cracks through a portion about 8 feet long. We contacted the owner by email and phone in February when the cracks were first noticed. We attached photos to the emails we sent.  He promised to review the problem and resolve it as soon as the weather warmed up.  As of this date, July 28, 2013, no corrective action has occurred and neither he nor those in his office are responding.

The stoop and the driveway were done nicely. The beveling on the stoop really added to the overall appearance. We were very pleased with them. However, the sidewalk was another matter. There were a few places where the mats that were used for stamping must have been dragged over the wet cement. When we complained Chris said he would fix the spots, but he only made them much worse. And we had to wait three weeks for that.
