They came the day I called, with my downstairs having water in 3 areas , I was kept informed of who would be coming to do what job. They were always on time and I feel did an excellent job. If I had another water issue, they would be the first ones I would call.

This company has been cleaning my carpets for the past 8 years.  The first time I called them was right after a washing machine pipe break in the lower level seemed to ruin our newly installed carpet.  Two other companies could not remove the stain.  I decided to try one more place before replacing the carpet.  Paul Harvey used to advertise Service Master as the folks to call after a fire or flood so I figured they could handle my job.  They sure did.  I've used them ever since.  They are friendly and prompt.

I have been using them for quite a few years, If I remember right it all started because of a Paul Harvey ad. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpeting because of a washing machine malfunction but they were able to come out and fix the problem when two other companies could not.

They pre-treated for stains and were able to remove them without a problem. They moved furniture as needed and put it back in place properly after the job was done. What I like best about this system is that they use a truck-mount system, using their own water.
