Sears - Appliances

He constantly blamed me for the dishwasher he said I had rust . I paid for culligan to come and do a complete water check in cold and hot water NO RUST perfect water. I tried to show him the paper twice and he didn’t look. I bought several cleaners and still all that money later same problem . I don’t know if it’s the sprayer or the rinse not coming out correctly but he didn’t listen to anything. He was rude and kept responding I have rust. Blaming my water was easier then him fixing it. Very upset I’ve called and asked for a manager and got no one. So yes I’m unhappy I spent money trying to fix this and I’m under warranty until yesterday I believe. So mad. No I don’t recommend them at all

Delivery took over 10 days.  When washer was delivered, it did not work.  Many service calls later, many many phone calls, and much frustration, finally got new washer, but it took 6 more weeks.

I didn't appreciate the fact that the Sears scheduling employee's English level was incomprehensible. Sears needs to hire people who speak comprehensible English but I was totally satisfied with the repairman. He was perfect. Sears has been bothering me with calls to purchase a service plan which this repair wouldn't have covered anyway but they don't take no for an answer so I don't appreciate that either.

Sears went the extra mile for me. That was after I complained on their website through Facebook about the trouble with the warranty. They ended up giving me an extra year warranty on all four.

I have gotten almost all my appliances from Sears over the years but I will be looking elsewhere to replace my stove, microwave and fridge.

I would recommend them. They do a good job.

They were very professional and very honest.
