RPO Plumbing

Ryan was completely booked solid today, but we were without a working toilet. He made time for us and did a wonderful job. This is our second time using his services and have been very pleased with not only his response time, but also mist definitely the quality of work. We highly recommend RPO Plumbing!

Showed up on time and listened to the problem I was having. Can up with a great solution to the problem since there was no clean-out to access the pipe easily. I thought the fee was very reasonable and I am getting a quote for more work I need done around the house. I would recommend RPO and use them again.

Called on a Sunday and RPO came over right away. The problem was assessed and additional tools were needed so RPO left to get them and came back with an assistant. They identified where the leak was and removed the tile to get to the leak. The tile removal was limited to just what was needed to do the job. After the first repair was done the air check found a second leak that was repaired. Once water pressure was restored some faucet leaks were found that needed parts to fix. The jobsie was left clean until the parts could be ordered. A second visit fixed the facets. Overall the job went very well and the off hours response was excellent.

The plumbing went very well. He bought everything for the the plumbing and the sink. He took the time to make sure everything worked well.

There were a few fixtures that I had ordered that required odd sized parts, and RPO had to make a couple of unexpected trips back to my house and they did not charge me extra for it. I will always use and recommend RPO Plumbing.

I called them to ask them if they sold and installed sump pumps. They immediately scheduled the tech for the next day. The tech arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. The tech was friendly and professional. He started to work immediately and was finished in 90 minutes. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will use them again.

Very, very well. They were very professional and cleaned everything up afterwards. My garage ceiling looks great. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing problems. They were also nice enough to recommend a plaster to finish the ceiling which I was highly impressed with. Great service all the way around.

I called RPO for a technician to look at my garbage disposal to get
reimbursed by our home warranty. He called and came the following day to
examine the garbage disposal. The disposal was 22 yrs old, very rusted
and the shaft was broken. He spoke to my home warranty company and then
replaced the disposal the same day. Very efficient,very courteous and he
cleaned up after the job was complete. I would definitely use them
again.

RPO was hired to correct the poor installlation of a bath tub another company was hired to do.They had to unistall the bath tub, re set the cement underneath the tub, reinstall the tub, and make all the plumbing connections. They also finished
making the plumbing connections for the sink and toilet that the other company had started and had basically messed up.

Plumber showed up on time and was courteous. I showed him what needed to be done and he went to work. Workmanship is good. Seemed to take a little longer than I expected. (3 hours), Thus it cost a little more than I expected because he does charge by the hour. Overall is was a decent experience. Said yes that I would use them again, but I think it would depend on the job.

I like this company. They do a very good job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them.
