.he set up an appointment, showed up on time, showing us several different garage doors,after purchasing one he said he would call us with an installation date, he even did better than that, that he informed us when he ordered it and called us to when it came and set us up with an installation date.  He showed up on time and was very professional with the installation and even programmed an additional opener for us, we would highly recommend him.

I called and spoke with Jeff on the phone on a Thursday, and he was able work on my garage the next day. I didn't have to be home for him to get the work done. I had purchased a garage door opener a week or so before. I left the opener in the garage. When I game home that evening, everything was installed. He did fantastic work, setting up the motion/light detector, the keypad panel, etc.

They did a thorough check through my system and made sure my rails were good. When they came in they told me what I needed and they didn't try to up sell me. They were honest, straight forward and it was a really solid experience in terms of making sure that as customers we were taken cared of. A good customer experience should translate to a healthy profitable business.

It was a great experience. Jeff arrived promptly and got right to work. The door was old so there was some considerable "drilling out" and other rebuilding stuff. The door now works very well. I was very satisfied by the cost and Jeff's professionalism.

This company was recommended to me by a friend who also had work done.
When he came for the estimate he had samples and left a written estimate. Door was installed and the old door/tracks were removed and hauled away and my garage was left clean. The final cost was exactly as written on the estimate. Very professional and personable. I was not home for the installation so he came back when I got home and went over maintainance and warranty information with me. I have climbing roses growing up one side of the garage door and over the top. He managed to work around the prickly vines so I didn't have to cut them back. I would definitely recommend this company.

Responded quickly to our telephone call; said he'd be at our home between noon and 12:30 the next day and he arrived on time. Supplied an estimate over the telephone and it was exactly the amount I was charged. Helpful when I asked questions. Completed his work in a fast and professional manner. I would use this company again if needed and I would recommend to others.

The owner was really honest and responsive. He told me on the phone that we likely needed a new opener based on the sounds it was making. He advised me that he could install a system of his and at what price, or install one I purchased. He recommended Craftsman as an option and we used that due to price/quality. He installed quickly, correctly, and made it work ASAP!

When I bought my house I called around to get a garage door opener installed. Most places said it would take 3 weeks. RK came the next day and installed my opener. I have called them back twice because the door was not going down because the eyes were picking something up. Both times they came right out without charging me anything. The last time he changed the mounts for the eyes and everything has been fine since. He even lubricated the garage door while he was there.
