Reliable Roofing

I thought ok till now as I have a leak in the roof and Reliable  would not return my calls.  I have now found out from my insurance adjuster and another roofing company the roof was not installed to code and the work was sub-standard.  So now I have to get a new roof.   The ice shields were not installed and most of the shingles are now popping up,  Not good for a roof that is only 7 years old.
I would not recommend them to anyone based on the findings.

They did a great job and my roof hasn't ever looked better the price was great and they didn't charge me to fix the area where the leak was. They replaced boards and shingles it in a few days. I would deffinetly recommend them to my friends and family.

The estimate that Reliable Roofing Company gave me was a lot higher than I expected. I’m in the process of getting two more bids from other companies before I finalize anything. The person who came out to do the estimate was very nice. He was very fair and honest. He gave me two levels of options to choose from. He impressed me with his knowledge on the product and his professionalism. He was on time. He was a gentleman. I would consider contacting Reliable Roofing Company in the future if required.

I would use this company again, in fact I tried to a couple of years ago. but my call were never returned

I spent around $3500 on that work. I thought that the work they did was okay, however I had to have them come back and do some fixes in the first roofing. The other issue was that there was a leak in the skylight and they totally missed it. They skylight gave out and I had some ceiling damage, so Karl split the bill with me to redo the ceiling because it had to be re-plastered and I replaced the skylight. I thought that their price was very reasonable.

The owner has been punctual and has delivered what he promised, on time. The job has been well-done. The work crew was hard-working, polite and easy to get along with. They were careful of landscaping and cleaned up well. All debris was hauled away to the dump. There were no problems with the job from start to finish. The price of the job was within a couple of hundred dollars of two other quotes that we got.
