"I did go over to [member name removed] home to assess the problem. On the first visit, I cleaned her gutters on the screen room, thinking that was causing a backup. Since is was a very dry summer, I never heard back from her about any further leaks until fall. I have since repaired several cracked panels and added new flashing from the shingled roof to the aluminum roof to prevent water from entering the screen room. I have not heard of any other leaking issues since then."

"2/28/2013 I must disagree with Member, but she does have the dates and facts incorrect. We originally installed LeafProof on the upper front of her home in September of 2008. My sales person reminded the Member that the front channel of the LeafProof must be easily maintained from the ground with a garden hose. This process is also described in the warranty they received with the invoice. On 9/22/2009, we returned to their house after a complaint about a leak and cleaned the LeafProof for them at no cost. After another call from the Member on 7/29/2010 we again cleaned the LeafProof at no cost. But at that time told the customer they had to maintain the product as described the warranty and we would not return to do that without billing them for the service. We never received a call from them after that."
