Realtor made many promises about the listing, open house plan, marketing and staging the property prior to the listing.  After the listing was secured we had to follow up and ask for everything we had discussed.  For example.  We had to make copies  of our flyers, purchase a box to put them and place it by our sign.  That service was not provided.  When the realtor saw that we had done it ourselves she then put a box up.  However, she never checked to see if it was emptly/full.  We kept it stocked with flyers. We had to request every open house.  I finally asked for a schedule of open houses for the next month but never received it.  In a 6 month listing she only held 2 open houses herself.  She would only hold open house from 11:00 - 1:00.  All communication was initiated by us.  The realtor did not bring any buyers through our home.  We had a few private showings through other realty companies.  I asked the realtor to get feedback from clients for us.  Did not happen.  I asked her why she thought there were so few showings.  Her reply was "I don't know.'  I asked her to do a market analysis of homes that had sold in our neighborhood.  She didn't do it.  Our home was priced very well so I asked about offereing some other incentives to buyers.  Did not happen.  This realtor took no initiative.  Very disappointing.

 Working with Bob has been excellent. They’re very reliable; when he tells me he’ll do something, he does it.

I like Prudential Realtors. I think they are real nice.
