The Piano Doctor did a great job. I called her Thursday or Friday and she was able to fit us in on Monday. Once she started tuning the piano, she showed me how we've had some "critters" visiting the inside of the piano and offered to vacuum it out for us. The "critters" had been storing morsels of our dog's food inside, and underneath the keys! She even chose to use paper towel and try to clean out as much of the dog food as possible by hand instead of clogging up the vacuum with it. I was very pleased with her service and the piano sounds great.
