Their customer service skills a very poor. They do not care about their patients and are very unreasonable to deal with. Do not go here with your pet unless you like wasting your time.

It went well and Dr. Susan is wonderful.

It went great. Very friendly front desk. The vet tech was very good. She explained everything and did a good job of handling my dog while she was giving her the needed shots. Then vet came in. she was very friendly too. She diagnosed the bladder infection and prescribed the needed meds. I can tell my dog is feeling better after a few days. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

The dog is weighed first, to make sure any medicine prescribed is in the correct amount. After a short wait, we went from the waiting room to an exam room, where a very competent vet tech took the history, took the very willing dog (she goes there whenever necessary), and clipped up the open wound area, doing it without taking any more hair than necessary. The veterinarian came in, examined it, taking as much time as necessary to answer all my questions. She is both friendly and very competent, reassuring me that she didn't think I was a bad dog-mom because these things blow up very quickly. She discussed the pros and cons of using prednisone in my dog's situation, gave her the injection, and prescribed the antibiotic capsules and ointment, making sure I knew when and how to use them, and said they would write a prescription for a powder they no longer carry that I requested. I took the dog back to the waiting room, got the medications, paid by credit card, and left, satisfied with everything, as usual.

Overall, it is great to know that when our schedules are busy and hectic, The Vet's office is looking out for us and notifies us when anything is due for our three animals. Every experience we have had with Perryville Pet hospital in the last ten years has been positive. They always get us in for appointments on time, the entire staff is caring, knowledgeable, and informative, we feel free to call with any questions that come up and all of them are empathetic and good natured. We have worked with them on everything from new pet examinations to end of life care and all the health checks and illnesses in between. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at Perryville Pet Hospital.

I like everything. She gets As across the board. She is fabulous.

Dr. Yocum and the staff at Perryville Pet Hospital are wonderful, warm, and caring. They are very compassionate and cheerful as well. It is easy to get your pet in to see the vet.

We purchased our puppy (DeLaney) three years ago, and needed a new puppy exam within 48 hours, our regular vet. didnot have an opening so we called the Perryville Animal Hospital. They didn't have any apts.either, but would work her in. They were so nice and friendly the minute we stepped in the door. Dr. Verace examined her, and gave her a clean bill of health. We couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Verace, she is kind, professional, and loves animals. We have been with her ever since and wouldn't think of changing.
