The contractors arrived about 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, and did not mind that I was a few minutes late. They asked the exact size and location of the holes that needed to be cut, measured, and ensured we were happy with the placement. There were two guys and they used two saws to cut both holes at the same time. It took about 45 minutes to cut the concrete holes and clean up, very little mess inside the home, and holes were cut to the correct size. Overall extremely happy.
