I don’t like spiders. They come out every 2 months and that’s the price. One thing I don’t like about them, is that they just call you the night before or 10 minutes before they come out and if we’re not home, they just do the outside. It seems like every two months, they'd pick a day that we’re not home. Their scheduling is horrible. I’d give them an A for price, I think it’s a decent price. The last guy that was out, was a black guy. I kicked him out of my house. He was rude to me. He was really rude. My husband was home, and I was trying to explain something to him, and he looked at my husband and said “I don’t know how you live with her”. I got mad at my husband asked him why didn’t you stand up for me? He just said “I was shocked”. I didn’t report him, because I found out later that he’s older, and his wife is in the hospital with cancer, I felt bad for him; but it’s like, if he comes back, I’m going to tell him no. Truth be told, I think he’s too old to be working. Other than him, I’ve had the same guy all the time. I’d give them an A for quality – other than him. He’s just a bad seed. I like the rest of them. I’d say a C on responsiveness, I don’t like how they pick when they are coming.

We love them. They come every other month. He is great and very knowledgeable about the bugs. We trust him completely. We have been using them for about 9 years.

We have a contract with them so we are going to use them again in the future.
