O & O TREE SVC

Called O+O tree service for a quote to remove a large fallen limb from the roof of our rental home

due to a storm. Kyle and his wife met me at the house right on time. He was very concerned about

the limb down on the roof. His quote to remove the limb was right where I hoped we would be and

while he was there I asked for a quote to remove the rest of the tree which was 70 ft. tall

and its twin next to it just as tall and an even taller maple which was probably 100ft tall all of which

were very close to power lines. His quote also included 4 trees in the back of the property. I gave him

the approval to do the entire job on the spot. He and his crew removed chain link fencing to access

the yard (and re-installed) and the tree removal was done in two phases, first of which was the limb

on the roof and two of the large trees. He called me and informed me they were on their way over

the second time and what an amazing job they did. Trees are down and stumps and all debris

were removed. Outstanding job and such pleasant people to do business with.

It went well. I find that they have the best prices in town. The team has been wonderful. Prompt and professional. Do a great clean up. I was the first that called on that Friday evening of the storm, as we had lost power as the tree fell on the lines. Com Ed did their part and left a mess. Oand O placed me first on the list, as the storm was still ongoing through the night, and they came the next morning. We paid in cash which is much better for all involved. They are the only people that we use for any of our tree work. Easy to work with and honest.
