went great!! the service tech was great. got us in the day of the call!!

Christmas Eve morning at 10 a.m. our kitchen sinks completely stopped draining.  Home remedies (snake and plunger) did absolutely nothing.  Called our regular plumber but they were totally booked; they recommended Northern Illinois Sewer Service.  Called No. Ill. and was told he would be here within the hour, which he was.  Within 30  minutes he had the blocked line opened and the drains flowing well.  Timely, professional and knows his business.  And, the rate was very reasonable considering it was same day service and was Christmas Eve.  We recommend No. Ill. Sewer without reservation and will use them again  if we have the need.  Could not have been more pleased.

Doug Rogers was called at 12:30 and responded within the hour to our house.  He was very courteous and professional.  He did an analysis of our problem, then brought in his equipment, and fixed our problem.  We are very thankful for the service he performed and the timely manner that he responded to our call.  He then cleaned up and removed his equipment without any disruption to our house or basement.  I would recommend Northern Illinois Sewer with an AAA+++ rating, and I will definitely call them again for all of my sewer needs!

When the washing machine was draining the water, the water was coming up.
He found out that I had the drainage of my washing machine was directly hooked to a upward pipe and the lint clogged the drainage and also because this is an old house the pitch of the old sewer pipes are not enough to flush the amount of water coming from the washing machine. So he game me the solution: move the drainage pipe of the washing machine to drain in the laudry tub, that way the water flow will be slower....by doing this I had no more problems.

Called Northern Illinois Sewer, they scheduled the job, they came out when they promised, did the job. We are pleased!!!!

We've used them for ten years. They are excellent. They are prompt and professional. Their rates are good. I have to use them about every six years because we have dogs and stuff. We have city sewer but it still gets plugged up between here and the house. They clean it out and it lasts a good long time. I am not careful with what goes down the drain.
