It was a great experience. I had a salesman who helped me and he spent about half an hour with me. He answered my questions and showed me how to operate and all. I bought the snowboard there since I was looking for a specific brand that they are a dealer for. I thought that the price would be a little more than what they charged me. The professionalism of the salesman was also very good.
