Excellent! Mike Thompson was extremely thorough, was at the house before we were, very professional, and very patient. This is the first house we are buying and he answered all of our questions, even the silly ones! He is very ethical. There was an issue with the furnace while we were at the house (no fault of his own) and he made sure the seller/seller’s agent would be notified about it. Mike was previously in construction and remodeling, and is extremely knowledgeable! If I knew any of my friends or family were buying a house, I would strongly recommend Mike and New Life!! If we ever need inspection services again (If this deal falls through or we sell and buy again in the future), he would be the first we would seek out! A 16 page report for the 1800 square foot house was provided, complete with photos and it is very easy to read. We received the emailed report about 45 minutes after we all left the house!!
