+ -1 moreThis is the cleanest apartment location in Rockford. I looked at a lot of properties before I saw this. It is quiet and clean. There was a problem with one of the tenants being a bit loud and he immediately handled it to everyones joy. The snow removal is timely and well done in the winter and the grass is mowed regularly in the summer. I had a plumbing problem at one point and that also was handled quickly and nicely. This is one of the best apartments/landlords I have ever experienced. I highly recommend renting from Miosi-Properties.
