Midwest Pest Control has been locally owned and operated since 1986. We are dedicated to providing responsible, environmentally-friendly pest management services to Northern Illinois. We are licensed and certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The first step to living or working in a bug-free environment is to rely on our professionals to determine which services will be most beneficial for your situation. Once we have discovered which pests are plaguing you, we will proceed to formulate a plan that will meet your individual needs. We offer annual, quarterly, or bi-monthly treatments to help prevent pests from invading your home or office.

Called them at 7A and left a message. Call was returned in 15 minutes and an appointment made for this morning. They were prompt and professional. Complete inside/outside inspection, placed numerous baits, and of most importance...calmed my wife down!

Had a prompt response to my phone call. He checked basement and found likely spots where mice could get in and set baits. He went around perimeter of the house showing where I needed to put steel wool. I subsequently put that in myself some days later.

The service call was very pleasant. The service provided was spectacular, and pricing was great! However, I have twice asked to set up continued service, and have to send emails to follow up for preventative treatments. I would AAA recommend, if not for my inability to get consistent service.

great! Terry and Ryan came out, set traps, found where the mice were getting in and plugged the hole. they also checked the outside of the house, gave us info on how to reduce any other ways that the mice could come in and took their time in educating us and answering our questions. Very professional and helpful. Terry was delayed because of another job, but he called me to make sure the delay would not be an issue. Again, very professional and courteous.

I was very pleased with the service. Zach came out, explained some things to me, sprayed for the spiders and I have had no problems since. I will definitely call them again if I need this service in the future or any other pest control needs. They took care of exactly what I asked and were very professional, polite and reasonably priced.

Not so good . Terry made an appointment with me for 4 o'clock on a Wednesday, he called at 3:45 to tell me he would be 45 min to an hour late . At 5:15 I called him to see if he was still coming ,he did not answer , I left him a message to try to reschedule for Friday or Saturday as of 24 hours later he has not called back .

"First of all, I would like to apologize for not meeting your expectations. My customers and their referrals are very important to me and we strive to provide excellent results and customer service. To address this particular complaint: I called and explained that I had an emergency call and was running late to give you a bid. The emergency was for bees, for a customer who has a known reaction to bee stings and as such, it was an emergency and did trump a call for an estimated for your rental property. I take all of these calls seriously, but also do need to prioritize my calls. When I did arrive at that rental property later as we discussed, no one answered the door. Please let me know if I can be of further service and I apologize again for any inconvenience and miscommunication."

"My experience with Midwest Pest Control has been exceptional. The customer service is courteous, and efficient. The technician who came out to give me a quote was on time, and very professional. He took the time to explain how the extermination would take effect on the wasps, and ants that were so problematic to the exterior of my house. So far I have had one extermination, and I am very happy to say that the problem pests are gone! I highly recommend Midwest Pest Control.

My wife and I had a severe spider problem in our house. I honestly did not want to sign a multiple year contract with a national company. I decided to call local companies around the greater Rockford area and came across Terry at Midwest Pest Control. He came out and treated our home for spiders and also gave us a 90 day guarantee. I am extremely happy with the service and the knowledge he provided pertaining to our spider problem. Moving forward this will be the only company I use for pest control services!

Midwest Pest Control was prompt, to the scheduled time. He immediately started to treat the interior, and made certain to provide the services where needed. As it is a rather chilly morning, I felt a bit guilty for having the gentleman go to the basement and into the garage, but he did each area without a complaint. He was courteous, and I would recommend the services of Midwest Pest Control, based on my initial experience.

I had a pretty good experience with Midwest. I called the local extension service, and they contacted Midwest. Terri came out to the house and said that the queen was flying around, and the hive was protecting her. He advised me how to take care of it, and didn't even charge me! I would certainly use him in the future, and would recommend him to other people as well.
