Rick gave me a written estimate when requested.  His crew was courteous and professional with me and my parents.  He was willing to work with a tear off contractor that we had hired under a separate contract.  They worked alongside the tear off contractor and movers who were moving furniture out of the house at the same time.  What made his service outstanding was that without discussion he took responsibility for the tarp that blew off during an 85 mile an hour wind and the ceiling damage that resulted.  He had a painter out the morning after the storm and the damage was repaired within 48 hours.  He repaired the minor storm damage to the newly-replaced part of the roof and soffit without additional charge.  He spoke to real estate agents and FHA loan inspectors without complaint.  He and his crew put in long days and did everything in their power to make the closing happen on time.  His professionalism was critical in reducing our stress over the series of events leading up to the sale of the home.  I would recommend his service in the future.
