There was a wait but I expected that. The guys doing it were cool and it was done in a few days once started. David was also super helpful after the floors were done getting me a good deal on rugs. I would rec. them.

They were wonderful. The price was a little above average. They were really quick getting out to me.

From the moment we entered the store we were recognized and the sales man gave us lots of options and samples to take home. I really liked that the price quoted included items that were add-on expenses at other stores. I felt like I had a much better understanding of what we were getting for the money we had to spend. We did not end up having the work completed due to an unexpected household emergency that necessitated redirecting the funds we had for the carpet. i was extremely disappointed. When we are ready to move forward, we will not hesitate in returning to Lonnie's Carpet Max.

They arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They were very professional and answered my questions. They even found the areas that had squeaks and repaired them. The work was completed on schedule and they cleaned up the everything they even vacuumed the areas they carpeted before they left. I would highly recommend Lonnies for your carpeting needs.

Lonnies did a wonderful job installing carpet in my home. They are a very good and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone needing flooring.

We hired Lonnie's to remove and install carpet tiles for our new office. My salesman was Bob and it was an overall great experience. The quote was very reasonable compared to others we received. Because they had to order the carpet the installation was later than expected, but Bob and George kept in contact with me letting me know the progress of the shipment. The carpet installers were professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The furniture was returned after cleanup and vacuuming. The whole job was completed by 2 men in 5 hours. We were very impressed and pleased with the project.

Our salesman, Bob, worked with us through numerous moments of indecision. Once we selected the carpet we wanted, he ordered it and told us we could expect delivery in about a week.

We received the call from the installation coordinator within a week. Since it was a big job, he scheduled the work for two days.

The installers were here promptly at 8:00 a.m. and started immediately. They worked steadily.

We are very satisfied with the entire experience!

1. The carpet on the porch had water spots which were hard to see, except in perfect light. The first cleaning went well, but didn't completely remove the spots. I asked them to return, they did without complaint and the carpet looks much better now.
2. Carpet the whole house. The carpet of two bedrooms got mixed up early on,but they had already cut. (Miscommunication between me and the salesman.) Without complaint they changed the carpet to the correct room. They did a beautiful job installing, and are true professionals.
3. The grout especially was quite soiled in the kitchen. The result was as good as we could expect. Gratis cleaned the vinyl in the laundry room.

It was awesome. They work with you. They let me pick out what I wanted for interest free for one year. This place is fantastic. They have the same employees. So many places have big tunrovers and they do not.
