+ -1 moreI initially was excited about coming in contact with Tom Littlefield, he was recommended by a friend. He came out to the house and we discussed what we needed done and then we were told to expect the quote in the next week....nothing came in the mail, so I called in order to follow up, a quote arrived a few days later. It seemed reasonable so I called and left a message wanting to move forward with the work, I didn't receive a return call, so I waited a couple of days and called again, he returned my call and said he was out of state and would call the following week. Much to my disappointment, I did not receive the promised phone call. I figure, if I have to chase after the contractor at the start, what will it be like once work begins?
