I called them in 2014 to repair a chimney that kept leaking and staining the upstairs walls.  They put in new flashing and caulked and replaced some of the damaged tiles.  About a year later the same problem showed up again after I paid to have the walls replastered and painted.  I also paid $175 to have an inspector come out and he found "daylight" showing in the attic between the roof and the chimney right in the spot that continued to leak.  After calling several times I took my pictures and documentation in to the office and spoke to the office manager who was nice and understanding.  They set up a time (8:00 am) to come out and repair the chimney a second time.  I arrived at the house(it is not my residence, it's for sale) and I waited an hour for them to show up.  When they arrived they had no work order and had to go back to the office and get their supplies.  I told them from the start that i would like pictures when they completed the job so I didn't have to climb on the two-story roof to check up on them. I didnt hear from them again until I finally called them 2-3times to get pictures. No one ever called to follow up on what they did. I finally got three pictures of some caulking and had to pay to redo the walls again.  They did change a "boot" on an exhaust pipe as well which was causing another leak in the roof.  It took my inspector to find that as well. You decide if you would want them on your job.

I wasn't overly happy with them because where the gutters were leaking before, they were leaking again. I didn't pay them until they came out and fixed the gutters. It seems to be better. I expected to see a Lask truck pull up and I wasn't expecting someone that didn't speak English.

The estimate was given in early July and the salesman told us since it was a small job, they would do it when they had a bunch of other small jobs.  We went on vacation for 3 weeks the end of July and August.   We called to tell them we were having the driveway resurfaced early in August so they couldn't come for those couple of days.  When we got home mid-August, their bill was waiting for us, but no work had been done.  After calling, 2 young men came on a Saturday to do the work. The next hard rain, the corner was still leaking, and water was pouring over the edge of the gutter.  Someone came out to fix the corner.  Still the water poured over the gutter edge.  Called again, and another young man came who took the sponge out of the gutter, which was supposed to have been done by the first two guys.  We waited till the next hard rain and when it appeared the problem had been fixed, we paid Lask on October 19, 2014.

Excellent quality, worked with insurance company and did an excellent job, quick and professional the roof and gutters exceeded expectations.

From first contact to finish we were very happy with the service they provided. They we're prompt courteous and knowledgable about their product.We were working with them from out of town, and trusted their expertise to choose a shingle color to best work with the siding. They did a great job, and the area was left completely cleaned up. I would recommend them. There was nothing negative about our experience.

olor.They arrived as scheduled and tore off the old roof.  Then they repaired the sagging areas of the roof (no extra charge) and then put on the new roof. They did need to come back the following day to install the roof vents.  They cleaned up after themselves and when they left you would never have known they were there. They came out a few days later to inspect the work to be sure it was done correctly and to my satisfaction. The only thing I would advise anyone considering Lask Roofing is no to depend on the sample they provide to select the roofing color. I would strongly suggest asking to see a full single before selecting a color. We selected a dark brown from the samples and our roof is actually an orange brown color. Other than that Lask did a great job!

They did roof repair, replaced some gutters and downspouts. Overall they did an excellent job, they were very reliable and competent.

The winter of 2014 caused many homes to experience ice dams on their roofs.  Our ice dam caused water to leak into the soffit of our family room.  Several roofers indicated that they did not remove ice dams.  Lask answered our call and came out the same day to remove the problem.  We did not experience any more problems with water leaking into our home.

Lask was more expensive than some of the siders we talked to, but we felt we got a heavier grade product, and much better trim work than we would have gotten with any other company we knew about at the time.  His trim guy is truly gifted, and the house does not look "cookie cutter."  I don't know if the new owners understand my preservation efforts but I did my best to keep it looking like the original while making it easier to take care of.   The new windows went in easily and were high quality at a very decent price. We checked Window World and a few other local places and felt Lask's offered better quality at a very reasonable price. The way they handled my sudden leaky roof problem was very gracious.  I'm only allowed to grade them using "whole" grades, but if I could I'd give them an "A-" or a "B+" rather than a straight B. They did not get an "A" because Angelo, the business man I dealt with was hard to reach and did not always follow through, but his workers were terrific.   He had promised me that if I went with his company, he'd go back and do a repair on another job they'd done on a friend of mine's home. That never happened and my friend and I were very disappointed. I suspect it was because the particular color of siding was no longer available, but I felt he probably already knew that, and should not have lied to me just to try to get my business. I'd have gone with him anyway, because he was the only one who said he cold do the trim work to my satisfaction, and he really did come through on that, plus I think he might have been the only siding company to have the right color siding.

Work was completed in one day. The people doing the work were well trained and worked together. Everyone knew what to do and what the others would be doing next - moving as a whole unit. Very happy with new roof.

Everything in a whole went pretty good--The cold weather did slow thing's down a bit until it got a little warmer out--That's mother nature--One thing I did notice was a lack of communication between the salesman and the the people out in the field--I talked with angelo the salesman on a Friday at the house and I agreed to have white gutter's--then on that sunday I changed my mind and wanted black gutter's--gave angelo a call on Monday morning and wanted my order changed--He said no problem and changed my order--Well about 3 weeks went by and when I arrived back to the house I had white gutter's up almost all around the house--Gave angelo a call and he said that it was a mistake--So they had to come back and take down all the white gutter's and put up the black-I work out of town and rent a place in iowa--So most of everything was done over the phone--I talked to a  gentleman at the main office and he said changing the order within 48 hour's wouldn't have made a difference--Then there was a few things like down spouts extending out in the middle of the side walk in the way more or less--called angelo up and told him to take care of that for me--never got done--had to get the hack saw myself and cut them shorter--I'm a vet that served and we all know about miscommunication--It should have been taken care of at angelo's end--All in all l probably would have them back when I do my window's and siding next on the list--But I'm going to think on it now.

Workers were on time and worked through snow and very cold conditions.  They cleaned up their mess and left their work area as it was before they arrived.  Very professional and did a good job on our roof.

I would have them roof our house again.

Replaced the roof:  It went extremely well, they finnished the job and cleaned up 100%.  No complaints | |New Gutters:  Same comments they did a great job.   Nice gutters also.. oversize to improve clogging.  they are saying no cleaning will be necessary, but we'll judge that next year!!

Put gutters on unusual house front.  They were polite. The job looks good. They cleaned everything up. It won't rain till spring but it looks like the gutters should work.
