Service was prompt. They came out the next day to inspect and fixed the leak on the next possible day. Hauled away discarded items.

Was great, did a nice job and excellent cleanup. John was a great help with us in choosing materials and keeping in touch with us and going over insurance adjusters paperwork.

We're extremely punctual just to quote the repair and were extremely reasonable. Roofers came and fixed it and were extremely nice and friendly! Plus they actually knew what they were doing. Great overall experience. Would recommend!

They came out and put on a full new roof. They were quick and always took care of anything I needed. I have not had a single leak in my new roof.

Fantastic. Showed up on schedule and completed the job at the quoted price. Also did a complete haulaway and clean up of all materials. Highly recommended

I used them because I could get them. Everybody else was busy because of the hail storm and so there was a lot of damage in the area. So everybody was booked. I was able to get a hold of them and got them up there before I had more water damage. I arranged all this through the phone and I did not actually see them.

They came and gave us an estimate of $350. We accepted and the work was done the next week. Obviously, a small job, but we didn't even know they were here. Cleaned up everything and no more leak!

I called for a quote on Monday. They came out on Wednesday. I was actually right on time for the appointment but John had arrived early and had already been up on the roof and had started writing the estimate by the time I got there. I thought the estimate was very reasonable and actually expected it to be more. I signed the contract that day and they said they would call to set up a time but it would probably be within a few days. They called on Thursday and said they would be there Friday morning. They arrived promptly and finished quickly. Since I did not climb on the roof to inspect their work I can't attest to the quality but it looks good from below and the shingle colors match up! Overall they were very responsive and had the job done within the week that I called for a quote.

Looks like they did a good job repairing the roof. I gave an overall grade of a "B" because they did not use any thing to protect the flowers bellow from any debris falling from the roof. My wife had to inform them that the shingles they were tossing down were hitting the rose bushes. There was no damage but still. They also left items in the gutter. We can see them from one of the bedrooms.

There were no don'ts; called asked for estimate which was completed within one week; work crew showed up on scheduled date
approx. 4 people; roof was completed in 5 hours; foreman checked several times to be sure work was completed efficiently and
correctly!

I got the estimate earlier in the fall and they were very busy due to severe storms in the area. They promised a date earlier in the spring of the following year, but because we had a very mild winter, they were able to do the roof in February. I is now a year old and it is great. They took my extension ladder and since I can't prove it, I don't have it back. I think it was an honest mistake.

They are very professional and they did a good job.It was a complicated job but they handled it professionally.

They got there promptly and it took the two guys about 5.5-6 hours to complete the work. They swept and cleaned up areas on sidewalk and grass where debris had been tossed and blown too to clear roof.

They were very good and reliable, and the price was very fair. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.
