Description of Work: Called Ken for a plumbing leak from toilet coming through ceiling downstairs. He opened a hole in ceiling and replaced a deteriorated lead waste pipe with a new cast iron piece. It was a very old home, so he had to use cast iron. Very happy with repair. Charged $368. Then we had him install shower in place of claw foot cast iron tub. We did the framing and drywall. He installed shower, faucet, etc. $2500. Very happy.
