It was frustrating for me because they went from room to room without finishing any of them until the end.  I also didn't understand why they painted the bottom halves of walls in the kitchen & dining room before removing the wallpaper on the top halves.  What was most frustrating was the liberties Teilynn took.  They were hired to paint & replace outlets - not to remove shutters because it would look better, wash draperies, even changing draperies, as well as removing a towel bar in the kitchen.  Today I discovered that the garbage disposal no longer works.  In checking it out I found wads of paint which means they cleaned brushes, rollers, etc in the kitchen sink.  When it came time to pay the bill I was told that painting the trim is extra.  If so, this should have been quoted when we discussed cost.  Overall, not a pleasant experience.
