My husband was just leaving work and the fuel pump went out on our 2003 Chevy Malibu. He had it towed from South Beloit all the way to Mardens on South Alpine in Rockford, IL because we trust this provider 100%. We purchased tires for the Malibu and our Toyota Sequoia. We take both vehicles for regular oil changes and tire rotations faithfully. They treat us like friends, charge a fair price and have always been good to us. One time we dropped the Malibu off on a Saturday morning for a tire rotation and oil change. Somehow, the oil change wasn't written down, but when we called them they apologized profusely and offered the oil change at no cost as a good will gesture. Who does that anymore? Bill did! We actually paid for the service, but gained a lot of respect for Marden's Auto.
