JACK LAWRENCE COMPLETE HOME REMODELING

Punctuality is not the name of the game here. On his first appointment, he had to be contacted to find out when he would be here and said he was running out of time and had to reschedule for a later date, 3 days later. That appointment he showed up a few hours late for. When it came time to do the actual build out of the closet, he called to say that he would have items delivered but then would be here ten days later than what I had on my calendar. He was not happy when I called him on the fact that he said he would be there the following Monday. Job was partially done and a part had to be ordered. Four weeks with no communication from him regarding the part. Then when it did come in, he stated he had had it for over a week and was just calling. Made appointment to install the final piece and when he arrived we found that the piece was ordered incorrectly!!! Job finally done. It was OK....not great.
