Richard is really good at all phases of his trade. He can fix anything and does it well the first time. He is very reasonable and respectful of how you want it done.

Richard, quote was firm, which is important to me. He was reasonably priced and was available much sooner than other handymen. He came out and did the work and did not haggle with me on the price. I will definitely use him again. I have already retained him do some other things around the home.

Richard was very prompt and talked us through everything that he was going to be doing. He takes pride in the work he does and we plan on using his services more and more. This was the first time we had used his services and he will be back out to install our dishwasher as well as building a few rooms in our basement.

He was very prompt and finished work according to sceduled agreement. Left the transom window this morning at the back steps because he could not get in to the back yard--so he will need to return to install it.

The poor guy though, it seemed like every day I was asking and quot;Hey Rich as long as you are doing this can you fix that?and quot; He probably thought he would never get out of my house. I get many compliments on my kitchen! It took about 9 months from start to finish (with me painting the walls). I did not have a problem with that time-frame as I don't like good work rushed. Certainly worth the wait.
Rich uncovered a number of problems and issues which were fixed. I'm happy to have him work on the house as he communicates every decision, makes suggestions and does whatever you ask --

The job went great. It was fun watching it take shape. Nothing went awry. We are in the process of replacing the front door Richard will be back to do that job.

Richard the owner is a very hands on guy. He did most of the work himself. He hired a dri wall pro and worked with him to get the ceiling and walls done fast-and perfect. He also contracted the custom cabinets and took care of making sure we got what we wanted.
I was concerned about the scope of remodeling 2 rooms one after the other, but it all went smooth.
One bump occurred when the cabinetmaker screwed up the sink base and corner cabinet.
I was freaked but Richard handled it and the work was barely interrupted.
I will continue to use his services and in fact we are about to remodel and enclose our front porch.
It is nice to find a service that meets your expectations and is affordable. Richard is fast fair and a pleasure to work with.

The jobs were laid out in discrete logical steps. All workers were well supervised and efficient. Cleanup everyday after work. All my concerns were addressed and the work went surprisingly well. I met with the cabinet builder but Richard handled all the day to day contact with him and the other contractors. He is a hands on competent tradesman who outperformed my expectations. I have used him frequently over the years to do a wide variety of home repairs. He has always been fast , fair, and quality driven.

He came in for 10 minutes and got the service done and fixed. I had two other people working on it and they could not fix it. He was just great.

I have had the owner out numerous times; he is always very fast and does a good job. He knows how to improvise; when he runs into a problem he does not say we need a new one; he makes it work and is very clever with things. He is responsive and comes right out when I call him; he returns all my phone calls. I give him 5 stars and will use him again in the future.
