Mr. Fox had quoted a price of $100, estimating about an hour to install a ceiling fan. However, our installation was not normal. The fan could not be mounted onto the box installed in the ceiling and mount flush to the ceiling. Mr. Fox was able to change the mounting and get everything flush and looking good. It took him more than 2.5 hours and one trip to the hardware store. I offered to pay more since it took so much longer than expected, but he refused to take more than the original estimate.

From a old church to a new modern, and comfortable dental office.  That was the transformation that was done for me.  I got the design and he got the approval from the permit department.  He worked with what the city wanted and found ways to make things happen within the scope of my design.  He did the break-down or demolition of the church, but saved what he thought was useful.  Chris was always thoughtful about saving money.  He hired a team of sub-contractors that were all great.  He did the checks about the subs to make sure that they did good work.  It was a few months of intense work, and now i have a great new dental office.    It was great working with Chris.  He made this project managable and i only got a few grey hairs from it.
