He fixed it but was very unprofessional. They used plastic on the wall to protect it but it was my plastic, didnt even ask if he could use it. I planned on using it for something else. It was actually a couple of extra large baggies that I kept Christmas wreaths in . Then he cut a wire, came up and asked if my husband was a electrician. When I told him no, he said "well I guess I'll have to fix it ". He ran to the store, "fixed" it, but my electrician brother in law had to come redo it because we were having problems with dimming lights after that. He had hooked things up wrong. Then, he left water on the floor and a big mess of stuff to clean up. I would NEVER use this company again. Wasn't the most pleasant person in the world either, kind of had an attitude.

Freed was prompt for the appointment. The work was done quickly and professionally. Everything was cleaned up before the plumber left my house.

When I called around for quotes they responded right away. They were clear as to what they would provide, when they would provide it, and followed through with it. We got like the top one and the quality has been excellent. They were very good and very professional.

It sucked

Initially work was to be done the day before but the man showed up and it was obvious he was sick, he admitted that he thought he had a flu bug and asked if it would be alright to go home. He did call the main office to try to get someone out there that day as I couldn't use my toilets, but no such luck. Anyways, he came back the next day.

I was responsible for removing the decking/patio so as to keep as much of the wood intact as possible.

He was there all day starting with trying to make the repair solely from the outside, he had to dig through mud to get down to the pipe. Upon cutting through some of the cement from the outside it was determined that the break in the pipe was in a 's' pattern that conjoined with an inside access point, due to this he couldn't make a good repair so he had to come inside the house. It was the one piece of pvc he didn't have in the truck, so he went to get that and a large jackhammer (he only had the small one initially) while I removed my wood flooring inside the house.

Once he came back, he pounded out the cement, made the repair and moved the access point to the outside so hopefully if another break ever happened again no one would have to pound up the cement again. He filled in the mud hole, but I determined to fill in the cement myself with the help of my father.

They seemed very knowledgeable. They were able to come quickly and did a good job. We have used them several times.

Freed's telephone was answered right away, the service man called before he came, as promised. He arrived promptly, was polite, patient with our questions, knowledgeable, professional and wasted no time. He was willing to discuss various options for the present plumbing problem and to give his opinion about the new products on the market that we might need or want in the future. We were very pleased.
