EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS

Under ripe basket and very poor customer service. Received a fairly large (and not cheap) arrangement as a gift from work. The melon and cantaloupe were completely inedible. They were all hard and crunchy due to being cut and used well before they were ripe. When I called about this I spoke with a girl who must have been in high school and couldn't have cared less. She stated "we can only use what they give us for the day so there inst anything we can do". This floored me. I wasn't looking for some refund or free stuff, but my work spent good money for a basket of which half I could not eat. When I pressed the issue she said she would leave a message for her manager to call me back and that call never came. I would avoid them.

This was a gift from my fiance's office. He had surgery just 2 days prior. We recieved an Edible Arrangement. It was wonderful. Unfortunately the jar of chocolate that it came with (from apparently a different company) had mold on it. We notified Linda at Edible Arrangements and she sent my Fiance another basket entirely, with new chocolate. It was not only beautiful but it was delicious also. Linda, the manager was awesome. She was so kind to talk to on the telephone, and she was very professional. She called and asked when we wanted the new one delivered and it was there the very next day. She responded to the problem very quickly. It was a kind of courtesy you do not see very often anymore.
